If you’re interested in the 2021 Mazda3, our showroom has it. Our dealers at Heritage Mazda Bel Air are pretty thrilled to share what this new top-rated sedan offers on the road.

Engine Output Ratings

A huge part of what makes driving the 2021 Mazda3 so exciting is the engine purring beneath the hood. Base models start pretty strong with a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that renders 155 horsepower. This engine is also supported by a front-wheel drivetrain and a six-speed manual transmission.

Although, it’s the higher-end model that truly shocks drivers. These versions of the Mazda3 get a booming 250-horsepower 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine. This engine is partnered to a six-speed automatic transmission and gets i-Activ AWD® that elevates control behind the wheel.

Additional Aspects Worth Considering

While the engine builds are great, you’ll also get to choose between a sedan and hatchback model. The hatchback is the ideal choice if you want greater trunk space, however, both models provide a nifty driving experience.

Adding to the performance of the Mazda3 is the incredible fuel economy. Base models that don’t get that performance boost manage to earn an EPA-rated 28 mpg in the city and 36 mpg on the highway.

Meanwhile, the beefier version of the Mazda3 manages to gleam 26 mpg in the city and 34 mpg on the highway.
