What Is the MAZDA6?

It continued a successful run until it was discontinued in North America after the 2021 model year and was eventually halted from all remaining markets in 2024.
Why Was the MAZDA6 Discontinued?
Many consumers have shifted from sedans to SUVs and crossovers, which is one of the main reasons that they are so heavily represented in the Mazda lineup. Mazda has also shifted its focus and started introducing models with electrified powertrains for more efficient power. What Replaced the MAZDA6?
Even with the surge of new Mazda models, there isn’t a direct replacement for the Mazda6. The Mazda3 is arguably the most similar model in the lineup, since it’s also a sedan, although it occupies the compact sedan segment.
Compact Mazda crossovers are also similarly aligned with the Mazda6, and they offer a comparable driving experience. The Mazda CX-30 and Mazda CX-50 are both viable options and provide the added perks of versatile cabin space.
